Qualifications
Required:

- Skills:
- Expertise in business analysis techniques, including user story mapping and process flows.
- Ability to define and maintain a product roadmap and backlog based on business priorities.
- Experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project coordination.
Preferred:
- Experience: Utilities industry experience.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear specifications.
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while prioritizing features based on business value.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Support project planning, track progress, and proactively address risks or roadblocks.
- Facilitate communication, manage scope changes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
