- Onsite (Austin, TX)
- Install, maintain, service, and repair desk-side computer-related products and legacy systems, including hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Provide support for Enterprise Servers, PCs, laptops, storage sub-systems, drives, computer and telecommunications systems, and networking.
- Handle call-taking and site-specific support.
- Maintain and support legacy products.
- Install and maintain PCs, associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals.
- Perform installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs) as required.
- Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
- Knowledgeable in servers, storage systems, Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocol, internetworking, configuration, and possess advanced PC support capability.
- High level of expertise in PC operating systems (Microsoft/Linux/Unix), networking software, antivirus software, and all tier-one manufacturer server, PC, and printer products.
