Job Title: Pega Marketing Decisioning Consultant

Location: Remote (Must be willing to work EST or Central hours)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pega Marketing Decisioning Consultant with experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Pega Infinity to support marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams to design and implement marketing treatments for initiatives such as banking conversions, credit card launches, and rewards programs. The consultant will work within Pega CDH to build and test decisioning strategies that drive marketing engagement across multiple distribution channels, including email and internal marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering (25%) – Collaborate with marketing partners to understand campaign objectives, discuss options, and refine marketing treatment requirements.
• Pega CDH Development (50%) – Design and build marketing treatments using Pega Infinity and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to support marketing strategies.
• Testing & Validation (25%) – Ensure treatments are correctly implemented by conducting testing and validating requirements.
• Work closely with a team of marketing analysts to ensure consistency and accuracy in treatment execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience with Pega Infinity and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Proven experience building actions and treatments in Pega CDH.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
