Job Description:
The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution across the entire product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and ensuring that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. The role also requires aligning product initiatives with the company’s broader strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical aspects of the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful execution
- Develop and communicate the product catalog and technology roadmap
- Use data-driven metrics to enhance customer experience and refine product strategies
- Define and analyze medium to complex requirements to ensure they are testable, measurable, and traceable
- Set criteria for Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to speed up feature delivery
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
- Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage project priorities across teams
- Break down complex visions into manageable projects and initiatives
