Summary:
Our retail client is seeking a highly experienced Senior SailPoint Developer to join their IT Identity Security Core Infrastructure team. This role is central to the development and integration of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, with an emphasis on integrating with legacy systems. The successful candidate will possess robust programming skills, a strong software engineering background, and demonstrable expertise in access certifications, provisioning, and role management. This is a forward-thinking role within our Cyber Security and Access Management segment, offering the opportunity to solve complex problems, mentor junior developers, and drive secure, efficient identity solutions.

- Preference for individuals residing in or willing to relocate to Cincinnati, OH, or Charlotte, NC.
- Develop and integrate SailPoint IdentityNow solutions with a focus on legacy system integrations.
- Implement access certifications, provisioning, and role management strategies.
- Write, test, and maintain code using languages and technologies such as Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint development, ensuring system integrity and security.
- SailPoint IdentityNow Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
- SaaS Implementation Experience: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale SaaS identity management implementations.
- IGA and Regulatory Compliance Proficiency: Deep understanding of identity governance and administration, particularly concerning regulatory compliance.
- Experience with .Net, C#, and advanced SQL implementations.
Interpersonal & Professional Skills:
- Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
