Overview: The Client is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join the Fraud Technology team.  This team plays a critical role in preventing fraudulent activities by maintaining and enhancing the Actimize platform, which generates alerts for potential fraudulent transactions.

The BSA will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define rules, translating them into user stories for Agile development and testing cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders to enhance fraud detection functionality.

• Create detailed user stories that guide development, testing, and implementation processes.

• Conduct data mapping exercises to support developers in writing code and testers in executing test scripts.

• Facilitate and support stakeholder User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.

• Work within Agile methodology to ensure efficient and effective software development.

• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools to manage documentation and workflow.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including user story creation.

• Expertise in data mapping, particularly for adding new tables/fields and integrating data across systems.

• Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.

• Understanding of development, testing, and release cycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Actimize is a plus.

• Banking industry experience is nice to have but not required.

• Technical background in testing and business requirements comprehension.
