Day To Day: • This team member would be responsible for:
o Conduct in-depth analysis of user workflows and digital touchpoints to identify optimization opportunities
o Facilitate workshops and interviews with internal stakeholders to gather insights on system functionality and business processes
o Engage with member services teams to understand external customer pain points and capture use cases for system improvements
o Document detailed technical requirements and create user flow diagrams that align with business objectives
o Collaborate with development teams to validate technical feasibility of proposed solutions
o Map out integration points between different systems and data flows
o Create and maintain system documentation including process flows and functional specifications
o Analyze current digital solutions and propose improvements based on industry best practices
o Partner with QA teams to ensure business requirements are properly tested and validated

Hybrid, 2 days onsite (Tues is required) per week, and as needed.
