Duration: 12 months
Location: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday, Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant experience or 2 years with an Associates degree in a related field).
Experience: 5 years of IT experience, including test plan and matrix development.
Technologies: Experience with 3270 Sessions (Green Screens), Microsoft products/tools.
Preferred: Familiarity with automation tools and SharePoint.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the design phase of projects to ensure proper testing methodologies are used and coordinate major activities between the client and internal teams.
Oversee administrative tasks such as attending customer meetings, delegating projects, and developing reports and processes.
Execute testing duties including reviewing test data, creating test cases, running tests, documenting results, and mentoring junior testing staff.
