Responsibilities:

Program Management: Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Agile Leadership: Bring 10 years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment, driving continuous improvement and project delivery.

Coaching & Mentoring: Guide teams in Agile processes and tools, helping them improve and work more effectively.

Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, KPIs, schedule, resources, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.

Program Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage program strategies, business cases, and high-level project plans.

Project Integration & Management: Ensure integration of projects within the program and adjust scope, timelines, and budgets as necessary.

Scrum Process Leadership: Promote and enforce Scrum values and practices, ensuring teams follow the Scrum framework.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with IT and business leadership, ensuring alignment on program objectives and changes.

Delivery Management: Ensure all projects in the IT portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.

Risk Management: Track milestones, identify risks, and recommend adjustments to ensure projects stay on track.

Business Partnership: Work with senior leadership to identify IT opportunities that support business goals.

Technical Program Management: Oversee technical service engineering programs to meet product/service objectives.

Cross-functional Coordination: Work with engineering and development teams to ensure requirements and design considerations are met.
Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.

Agile Methodology: Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Leadership & Communication: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Agile Experience: Experienced Scrum Master with a solid understanding of servant leadership in an Agile environment.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
