Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to become part of our team and contribute towards our office’s growth in the field of Information Technology staffing and sales. This is not a position where you have to have technical knowledge or experience with Information Technology; we are looking for a candidate with great entry to mid-level experience and the desire to develop a long-term career within sales, recruiting, or management. Our Sales Representatives are responsible for developing relationships with top Fortune 500 companies within the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware territories. Responsibilities:
Selling IT technical staffing, consulting and managed services
The Account Executive is responsible for finding new business opportunities in our existing client base as well as prospecting and selling to new clients.
The Account Executive is responsible for identifying prospects, initiating the sales process by calling and scheduling meetings with decision-makers and decision-influencers within a prospective client company and developing relationships.
The Account Executive will work closely with the recruiting team to drive results.
The Account Executive is held responsible for personal production and meeting goals.
Qualifications
3 yrs. business development and account management success in an IT services, software/hardware firm or related field.
Competent in all aspects of the sales process including account planning, prospecting, cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings, client presentations, gathering requirements and account management.
Bachelors Degree required.
