What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Business Analyst position at Computer Futures?
We have a current opportunity for a Accounting Business Analyst on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Las Vegas. For further information about this position please apply.
Onsite 5x days a week in Las Vegas, NV
Work scheduele: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (40 hours a week)
6 month contract to start, possible extension
Task: Accounting or administrative function of cleaning up 1700 accounts for Rule 9 Accounting
Company is migrating to IT systems and there are over 1700 accounting records that needs to be cleaned up and reconciled. "the backlog are specific to refund types to customers"
They will be looking at a lot of data record and entering it into excel
Must have skillset:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting (junior level)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient with Excel - need to know how to create Pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator, quick learner
Day to day: entering refunds for customers, running excel (pivot table)
