Oracle CC&B Rates/Billing Developer

We have a current opportunity for a Oracle CC&B Rates / Billing Developer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in San Francisco, but will allow remote work 95%. Job Title : CC&B Rate Designer Location : San Francisco, CA Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CC&B Rate Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining rate structures and related configurations. This role requires a deep understanding of utility billing processes, rate analysis, and configuration within the CC&B system. Key Responsibilities : Design and configure rate structures in CC&B to meet business requirements and regulatory standards. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate implementation. Perform rate analysis and testing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rate configurations and billing processes. Provide support and training to end-users on rate-related functionalities within CC&B. Maintain documentation of rate configurations, processes, and procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in utility billing and rate design. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system. Strong understanding of utility billing processes and rate design principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with SQL and database management. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the utility industry. Previous experience in a similar role within the utility sector.
