CGS seeks a strategically creative Senior Art Director to join its growing global Marketing team in New York City. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a growth minded designer to work directly with the CMO on branding projects and to help scale the size and capabilities of the global creative team that operates as a shared service for the company, across all business lines and geographies.
This is a roll-up your sleeves role which will involve hands-on design work including website assets, advertising, marketing collateral, thought leadership content, and events. You should be digitally savvy and well-versed in design work for marketing automation systems like Marketo. You should also have excellent organizational skills and bring a systems mindset to the application of new brand guidelines for CGS' various businesses. This is a work on the engine while in-flight role. You will be responsible for delivering business driving creative assets in the immediate term while working with the CMO on CGS' brands long-term.

- You're articulate and defend strategic thinking , creative direction, and user experience to executive-level stakeholders.
- You balance strategic brand development with client business objectives.
- You're detail oriented and committed to providing quality assurance for all creative deliverables. You don't just design; you read or otherwise digest everything you create and provide feedback to your collaborators in Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, and Demand Generation when needed.
- You have a proven aptitude for quick creative thinking, acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are passionate about user experience (UX) and can educate others on the value of customer empathy and how it contributes to increasing revenue and meeting KPIs.
- You have managed other creatives or creative agencies and love building teams.
- You are collaborative and enjoy partnering with others evolve our brands, drive innovation and creativity, and ensure compliance across the global organization.
- You foster passion, hunger, and curiosity to produce better work within a team, including mentoring and coaching team members through project development and creative check-ins.
