Position Summary
The Membership Data Manager will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the Salesforce database, including tracking donor contributions and reporting metrics. This key member of the development team will serve as a Salesforce report expert, providing accurate reports and data analysis as requested by Development Team and CHM Leadership. This role will also lead the Development Project Plan in Airtable, along with additional department support.
Responsibilities
Database Management
- Serve as a Salesforce report expert, providing accurate reports and data analysis as requested by Development Team and CHM Leadership.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the Salesforce database, including tracking donor contributions and reporting for the following projects : Pledge Reminders; Donor Wall / Website / Annual Report List; Tax Receipts; Monthly Fundraising Progress Reports.
- Responsible for information tracking, reporting, and evaluation related to corporate sponsor stewardship initiatives, programs, and benefits.
