What You'll Do

Ticket Processing & Order Coordination

Process incoming customer tickets to the appropriate team's digital service board.

Engage in customer order follow-up with salespeople for orders sitting more than 10 days.

Assist salespeople in tracking shipments and ensuring order accuracy.

Product & Inventory Management

Receive products daily and verify accuracy against sales orders.

Coordinate and process outgoing product orders using UPS, FedEx, or courier services.

Provide inventory management support for internal personnel taking items from the warehouse.

Organize the warehouse to optimize the space and keep working spaces clean and clear of clutter.

Licensing & Invoice Management

Process software and product licenses and ensure timely renewals.

Maintain logs for future renewals.

Methodically organize hardware invoices, ensuring accurate configurations and updated dates.

Verify vendor invoices are entered correctly and promptly to facilitate customer billing.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Processing

Own the RMA process by working with technicians, salespeople, manufacturers, and vendors.

Ensure products are sent back, and credits are received in a timely manner.

Conduct weekly reviews to track RMA progress and completion.

Procurement & Purchasing Support

Serve as the main point of contact between the product ordering team and the accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing, cost tracking, and financial reconciliation.

Assist with purchase order creation.

Act as a backup to cover the Product and Ordering Manager's PTO.

Work Environment

This position will report to CIT's main office warehouse during regular business hours. Due to the nature of working with physical products, this position is required to be in the office full time.

The position will have a blend of computer and phone-based work (~80%) with a smaller portion of the work being physical handling of products (~20%).

What You Need

Required :

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

A working understanding of purchasing, procurement, and inventory management processes.

A working understanding of vendor agreements, purchase orders, and tracking systems.

Experience with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.

Ability to occasionally work outside of typical business hours to meet project deadlines.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed for material handling. Work in our warehouse includes lifting, bending, twisting, and climbing frequently.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

A criminal background check will be conducted after an offer is made.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in purchasing or procurement in a technology or IT environment.

Experience with vendor agreements, purchase orders, and tracking systems.

Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, and supply chain management.

Pay Range :

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - 60,000. At CIT, compensation is based on total experience, performance, subject matter expertise, and other relevant factors. We are committed to fair and competitive pay that rewards contributions and impact.
