Computer Integration Technologies, Inc. (CIT) is hiring a Structured Cabling Technician. With a focus on excellent customer service, you will install, maintain, and repair low voltage cable infrastructure in commercial and industrial environments. Things you can expect to do :
- Perform major and minor preventive maintenance and repairs by troubleshooting cabling system issues.
- Identify, track, and remove abandoned cables.
- Test every newly installed or relocated cable in accordance with established procedures.
- Keep cable neatly tied and bundled while maintaining safety standards.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of National Building Codes and standards.
- Record time and materials used.
- Assist other members of the team with installation and maintenance.
- Work in various environments including outdoors in varying degrees of weather working at heights on ladders and lifts, and in small, confined spaces.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and test equipment.
- Follow CIT and client safety protocols.
- Represent CIT professionally with customers.
- Participate in required training and attend company meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Information :
Exempt, salaried position with a starting pay range of $43,000 - $57,000 per year.
The pay range shown represents the national pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, level of experience, and other relevant factors. At CIT, we consider a variety of elements when determining salaries to ensure fair and competitive compensation for all our employees.
Work location :
CIT’s office is located in Woodbury, Minnesota. This position will have a blend of daily visits to customer sites across the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN and western Wisconsin area and weekly or biweekly visits to CIT’s office.
