What You'll Do:
- Provide friendly and expert tech support to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across a variety of devices and platforms.
- Assist members with setting up, managing, and optimizing their technology.
- Educate members to help them feel more confident and independent with their devices.
- Collaborate with our team to continually improve our processes and services.
What We're Looking For:
- A natural problem-solver with strong technical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—member satisfaction is your priority.
- A proactive and empathetic mindset, always looking for ways to improve the member experience.
- Prior experience in IT support or help desk roles is a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with new technology and grow personally and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
