Overview
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Figma, UX, Java & Web Technologies position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 10 months
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance Java and web applications.
- Architect solutions that align with business requirements and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, business analysts, and developers, to create seamless user experiences.
- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and refine prototypes to improve application design.
- Utilize advanced Figma skills to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Lead prototype creation, user interviews, and usability testing to enhance product development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices for Java and web technologies.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability while adhering to Agile development methodologies.
- Minimum 2 years of advanced Figma experience – strong portfolio required with ability to showcase past work.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
- Experience in usability testing, user research, and prototype creation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and conduct user interviews.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application architecture, Java development, and web technologies.
- At least 2 years of experience in advanced Figma skills and usability testing.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing user-centric applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
