Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst ADM position for our client in Tallahassee, FL.
Location : Tallahassee, FL
Duration : 12 months
Duties :
- Develop and disseminate educational materials and resources for child welfare specialists.
- Provide training and support to social workers, educators, and other stakeholders on educational best practices and policies.
- Work closely with Child Welfare Investigation and Case Management teams to improve processes and outcomes.
- Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and system functionalities related to the Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and validating system updates or changes.
