CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a Chemical Engineer in Corning, NY. Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Corning, NY.
Job Title : Chemical Engineer
Type : Contract

Pay Rate : Based on experience
Work Hours : M-F 8am-5pm
Education : Minimum Associates Required, Bachelors Preferred
Description :
The Chemical Engineer will work within a development lab, analyzing and testing samples critical to research and development projects. This position involves preparing and analyzing samples using ion chromatography equipment and pH meters, providing results to support key decision-making processes. The role is highly collaborative, requiring strong teamwork, communication, and precision. Candidates will be responsible for the accurate execution of tests, following tight timelines, and documenting results in online systems.
Requirements :
- Education : A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Chemistry or related field is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience : 0-3 years of related experience.
- Skills :
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams both internally and externally.
