CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a Sales Coordinator III.

Job Title : Sales Coordinator III
Location : Keene, NH
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Keene, NH
Pay Rate : Based on experience
Work Hours : M-F 8am-5pm
Education : Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field (hard requirement)

Description
The Sales Coordinator III will serve as the liaison between customers and the business, managing the sales process from order entry to delivery. Responsibilities include quoting prices, managing customer orders, maintaining records of customer profiles, and preparing status reports. The role requires an individual with strong judgment and initiative in resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The coordinator will handle customer inquiries and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that orders meet customer requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Responsible for the accurate execution of quotes, orders, and other order management activitiesBuild strong working relationships with both internal and external customersUnderstand and execute contractual agreementsCoordinate order requirements through MRP systems and other business toolsOrganize communication to meet customer requirementsUse professional telephone and written communication skills with excellent grammarFlexibility to support customers across various markets and segmentsParticipate in training, testing, and project activities as requiredRepresent the company in a highly professional mannerRequirements :
Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field is a hard requirement3-5 years of Customer Service experience, including handling of customer Purchase Orders / Contracts, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage complex customer orders and provide timely resolutionsTop skills :
Working closely with customers (handling Purchase Orders, quotes, order entry)Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to manage complexity and thrive in dynamic, multifaceted rolesPreferred : Customer Service or Sales experience in a manufacturing environmentDesired Skills :
