Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Data Consultant Data Governance opening for our client in Tampa, FL.
Location : Tampa, FL
Duration : 12 months
Duties :
- Design and architect applications in the data privacy space, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Perform hands-on implementation and testing of Java, Spring Boot, Python-based services, and APIs to support data governance and privacy.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) experiments with new tech stacks and third-party tools, providing well-documented recommendations including pros and cons.
- Build and optimize data models for both OLTP and OLAP databases to enhance data governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with data governance objectives.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau and Power BI for data insights and visualization.
- Leverage BigQuery, Apache Spark, and other data technologies to support large-scale data processing and analysis.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to improve data privacy and governance processes.
