Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Fulfillment Technician I opening for our client in Durham, NC.
Location : Durham, NC
Duration : 12 months , with possibility for extension
Work hours are M-F 9 : 45am-6 : 30pm
Overview :
Responsible for fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Primary duties will include picking items from inventory shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment according to company standards and shipping guidelines.
Duties :
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using a RF scanner.
- Oracle AE Order Management and maintain accurate records throughout all Oracle responsibilities.
- Assist in weekly cycle counts in addition to any job functions required by management including sorting product / materials, stacking finished goods, and loading trucks.
- Actively maintain warehouse organization by policing shipping area; removing cardboard from racks and isles; sweeping floors; and swapping broken pallets.
- Participate in special projects where required.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
Physical Demands :
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
