Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an IT Architect IIII opening for our client in Richland, WA.

Location : Richland, WA (hybrid remote)

Duration : 12 months

Duties :

• Replace Cisco UC phone system with Microsoft Teams phone system.
• Ensure seamless deployment and management of Microsoft Teams phone systems.
• Operate and manage E911 systems, preferably Intrado solutions.
• Manage and configure AudioCodes SBCs, SBAs, analog gateways, and phones.
• Deploy and maintain ASCOM Wi-Fi phones.
• Support and troubleshoot communication systems and technologies.
• Provide technical oversight for unified communications deployments.
• Train end users in groups and one-on-one settings.
• Collaborate with teams to design call flows and optimize networks.
• Maintain and upgrade communication infrastructure.
• Participate in system maintenance, including change management and on-call support.
• Develop and enforce technical standards and procedures for voice service issues.
• Mentor junior colleagues in technical matters.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $83,000 to $147,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
