Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager II - Nuclear Projects opening for our client in Richland, WA.
Location : Richland, WA
Duration : 12 months
Duties :
- Manage project activities for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line work as assigned, ensuring that work is implemented safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget.
- Oversee all aspects of project implementation, including budget management, work package preparation, parts procurement, ALARA planning, industrial and nuclear safety, clearance order preparation, work prioritization, resource loading, risk management, and work execution.
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring proper focus and progress by frequent interface with clients, engineers, and management.
- Develop and manage project schedules, identifying risks, tracking progress, managing critical paths and float, and holding team members accountable.
- Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups, including senior management.
- Develop and maintain long-range plan strategies for assigned projects.
- Support the effective implementation of the Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program.
- Provide outage support, including oversight of the Outage Control Center (OCC).

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75 / hr to $97 / hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
