Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant Industry Packages opening for our client in Collegeville, PA.
Location : Collegeville, PA
Duration : 6 months
Duties :
- Work as a Package Consultant within the Industry Package, focusing on pharmacovigilance case processing and business analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring business requirements are translated effectively into system specifications.
- Utilize the ARGUS processing system for pharmacovigilance case processing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, including FDA and EMA guidelines.
- Support medical coding activities using MedDRA and the WHO Drug Dictionary.
- Provide subject-matter expertise to optimize workflows and improve business processes related to pharmacovigilance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
