Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking an experienced DevSecOps / Deployment Engineer to work in an Agile, fast-paced deployment environment. The qualified candidate will support the development and implementation of an analytics and modeling software tool suite. This role involves working on technical planning, system design, and implementing solutions that meet business requirements, while collaborating with software engineers, mission engineers, and other stakeholders.. This position will be hybrid, with 3-4 days required onsite at our clients facility in San Diego, CA.

Design, write and deliver Infrastructure as Code software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of the networkThe qualified candidate will support the development and implementation of an analytics and modeling software tool suite.This role involves working on technical planning, system design, and implementing solutions that meet business requirements, while collaborating with software engineers, mission engineers, and other stakeholders.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI clearanceBachelor of Science degree in engineering / technical discipline and 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience, training and / or certificationsExperience with Agile software development practices and Agile management or issue tracking tools such as JiraExperience with configuration management tools (e.g. Git, etc.)Experience with DevSecOps tools and processesExperience with Cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)Experience with requirements identification, analysis, documentation, and trackingUnderstanding of User Interface design and development practicesKnowledge of open, standards-based architectures, interfaces and geospatial dataEffective communication skills (both verbal and written)Understanding and application of modern software development and systems engineering practices, design principles, techniques, and technologiesExperience with documenting system architectures, creating data flow or workflow diagrams, describing data models, etc.Experience working in a cross functional-team, collaborating with other disciplines (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Mission Engineers, UX Designers, etc.)Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Full-Time Salary Range : $100k - $150k
Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
