CTMS is excited to extend an offer to join our team as a Business Development Strategist . In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the lead generation process, from identifying high-potential prospects to setting qualified appointments, ensuring successful client engagements and ultimately closing new deals.

What You’ll Do :

  • Vet and prioritize lead lists to focus on high-potential prospects.
  • Create and distribute custom marketing materials tailored to prospects’ needs.
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, and other channels to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead activities and progress in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing tech and admin teams to refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Work the CTMS sales process from lead inception to either meeting with CTMs exec or direct meeting and finish till close of the sale. Move to CSM team to handle on-boarding and client relations daily.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum High School Degree / GED
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Must have experience with Information Technology Sales and Services

  • Competitive Salary : $ $65,000 per year (offer based on experience) for the first two years. After 2 years, income will be based on commission.
