What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Programmer/Analyst position at COMPUTER/TECHNOLOGY SERVICES?
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Experience in computer operations;
- Experience in Computer languages, such as Informix 4gl & SQL;
- Experience in Forms Design and documentation.
PREFERRED:
- Degree in Computer Information Systems.
The role of the Systems Programmer Analyst is to contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the office of the Director of Computer Services, and/or other areas of assignment and to assist in carrying out the responsibilities of the office of the Director of Computer Services.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Computer experience is required. Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory in specific field. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the school community. Ability to speak clearly and concisely both in oral and written communication. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
