About the Role
Our client is establishing a cutting-edge 24 / 7 Systems & Security Operations Center that serves as the central nervous system for their security and network operations. As the Manager of this team, you’ll help to build a team of professionals who monitor, detect, and respond to network / systems incidents as well as cyber and physical security threats in real-time.
What You’ll Do
- Build and Lead an Elite Team – Develop a high-performing team that maintains vigilance across digital and physical infrastructure
- Command Incident Response – Take charge during critical incidents, coordinating rapid response and recovery efforts
- Craft the Strategy – Design and implement comprehensive monitoring systems and response playbooks
- Drive Intelligence Operations – Establish proactive threat hunting capabilities that stay ahead of emerging risks
- Tell the Story with Data – Transform complex security metrics into actionable insights for leadership
