In this position, you’ll be based in the St Paul, MN office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. As an Account Associate 3, you will work closely with account managers to manage and administer account portfolios. You will also provide technical guidance to junior team members and assist in continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders from operational areas, internal teams, and outside vendors to resolve any concerns that may arise.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities May Include
As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a strong background in building customer relationships, and who can meet critical deadlines on moderately complex accounts. You will possess the ability collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve client success.

- Performing daily administration of accounts
- Providing marketing and research support
- Sending customer correspondence that may include follow up or responding to routine requests
- Participation in business initiatives and committees

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or customer service required; or a Bachelor’s degree in lieu of direct experience
- Ability to use independent judgment to identify and resolve problems and escalate as appropriately
- Strong analytical skills for problem resolution
