A role you will love
The Corporate Actions Web Project Manager is primarily responsible for the project planning and execution of Web Corporate Action transactions while reporting to the Web Team Senior Manager. The position acts as a contact for internal business and REACH web project managers, and is primarily responsible for the coordination and execution of web transactions. This position is responsible for ensuring that we effectively manage web transactions. Incumbent is a subject matter expert and technical leader with relevant industry and web and project planning experience.
- Coordinates all aspects of project planning and execution of Corporate Actions transactions on the web. Reviews offering materials, merger documents and SEC filings to ensure the web terms are applied. Serves as the liaison between the business, operations, and the technology resources for web development with the goal of consulting with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
- Works closely with a variety of business units and other stakeholders (external clients) to achieve operational and administrative readiness and ensure successful implementations of CA web deals.
- Coordinates with on client-specific and/or large-scale CA web development efforts
- Uses industry standard analysis techniques to uncover client's CA web requirements such as data flow modeling, use-case analysis, and data modeling
- Performs the CA web project management role for projects of medium to high complexity, define the scope and managing the timelines and goals of the project
- Management of a large number of CA web jobs at the same time.
- Responsible for building and maintaining high performance CA PM teams that provide a broad spectrum of services
- Other project management duties assigned by management

What will you bring to the role?

- B achelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
- Corporate Actions and/or transfer agent experience preferred.
- Web or technical experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, advanced knowledge of Excel preferred. Advanced knowledge of COSMOS (including maintenance), Workflow, SCRIP required; working knowledge of ATOP, including reporting preferred. Working knowledge of websites.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Writing detailed business requirements and producing demos for external/internal clients
- Understanding of software development life cycle and methodology in order to relate to web Corporate Actions jobs
- Awareness of QA testing procedures and scenarios
- Interface effectively with business area end-users
- Research and understand existing business processes and application structure for CA web
- Work both independently and cooperatively to define and develop effective solutions for complex business processes
- Knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, and working with web transactions and other business processes
- The ability to work in fast paced technical environment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $72,000 - $80,000/yearly. This base pay range is specific to New Jersey and may not be applicable to other locations.
