Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager, Business Performance focused on our Alternative Investments Transfer Agency business to join our growing team. Our Alternative Investments team is part of our Issuer Services business.
Our Issuer Services team is a trusted advisor to 6,000 U.S. companies. For more than 35 years, we've been the largest global transfer agent providing advisory services, communications, and technology solutions to many of the world's leading companies. We facilitate shareholder recordkeeping and communications, stock transfers for individual holders and annual meetings, as well as dividend disbursement for public and private companies.

A role you will love
- We are seeking a dynamic General Manager, Business Performance bring together and grow a cohesive Issuer Services Alternative Investments business with strong product sets, high quality efficient operations, strong sales culture and enduring client relationships as part of the Issuer Services US business strategy for growth.
- Other key responsibilities include :
- Enable and support the development and delivery of Issuer Services Alternative Investment strategy to ensure the business remains successful and profitable now and into the future
- Develop, deploy and coordinate new business, and business retention strategies
- Encourage and promote a continuous improvement and quality culture across the team and compliance with all CPU policies, regulatory requirements and values are adhered to
- Hold a strong understanding of market structure and regulatory changes, and contribute to proactive development of strategies to mitigate and / or capitalise the on the changes
- Oversee competitor intelligence and analysis to arrive at true business insight which can be used to development of business growth strategies
- Monitor cost management including review overheads and ensure that correct information is provided to enable accurate billing of client activities
