- Understanding operational processes and controls
- Ensuring all functions and procedures are performed in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the trade lifecycle, including trading, sales, technology, novations, confirmations and settlements to assist with the accurate and timely trade processing
- Timely escalation of potential risk issues to a supervisor / manager or officer in the groupSkills Required :
- 2 years of experience in fixed income operations
- Strong communication skills
- Team oriented and able to collaborate across multiple operational areas and locations
- Excellent time management skills
- Works well in a time sensitive environment
