ComResource is looking for an ACAPS Software Developer.
As an ACAPS Software Developer, you will design and implement software solutions for the mainframe ACAPS application as part of an agile squad. This role involves contributing to all stages of the agile development process, from design to delivery, while adhering to best practices and continuously improving technical products. You will collaborate with other engineers to define system architectures, develop high-quality code, and achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement new features for the mainframe ACAPS application.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise as a member of an agile squad.
- Collaborate with software engineers to define system architectures and design solutions.
- Develop software that meets code quality standards and metrics.
- Practice test-driven development and ensure code is maintainable, supportable, and testable.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and communities of practice, contributing to and following standards.
- Automate processes to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain partnerships with operations and engineering teams to drive service improvements.
- Resolve end-user and customer issues and assist with problem resolution.
- Stay current with IT trends and contribute to the definition of operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements through proper documentation and controls.
