ComResource is looking for an ETL Developer & Software Engineer.

We are seeking an experienced ETL developer to design, build, test, and maintain databases while ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in database technologies, ETL tools, and data migration processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and maintain ETL procedures for new and existing projects.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of ETL-related production issues.
  • Document technical and system specifications for ETL processes.
  • Validate and analyze data flows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with data analysts and developers to interpret complex data and address data-related issues.
  • Implement database best practices to optimize performance and maintain compliance.
  • Support and schedule ETL workflows while adhering to project timelines.

Essentials :

  • Strong proficiency with SQL and relational database technologies.
  • Experience with Snowflake and data migration.
  • Hands-on experience using ETL tools for data cleansing, profiling, transformation, and scheduling.
  • Ability to troubleshoot database issues and optimize ETL processes.

    • Desired :

  • Experience with Oracle, DB2, or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data modeling techniques and best practices.
