ComResource is looking for a Senior Data Quality Analyst.
We are looking for a Senior Data Quality Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on supporting business object migration to Power BI . The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and understanding existing reports, data mapping, identifying data gaps, validating data quality and metrics, and ensuring a smooth data transition. Additionally, you will maintain data quality standards, measure data quality metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the quality of data across multiple sources and platforms.

Responsibilities :
- Maintain overall data quality and integrity across the organization, and develop, document, and maintain data quality goals and standards.
- Review data loaded into the enterprise data warehouse to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues by selecting appropriate error detection and correction processes.
- Work across functional teams to identify and resolve data issues.
- Perform data profiling and statistical tests to verify the integrity of complex datasets.
- Collaborate with data stewards, custodians, and business partners to define data quality standards.
- Assist the data engineering and analytics teams to help classify data architecture for use with various reporting tools.
- Access business impact levels for data quality issues, determine root causes, and recommend long-term solutions.
- Partner with the business to promote data quality awareness across the organization.
- Define data quality KPIs, measurements, and reporting standards, and escalate systemic data quality issues.
- Work with DB and BI developers in unit testing views and stored procedures.
- Perform data validation and support report validation.
