ComResource is looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer.
As a Senior Digital Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with user-centered principles. This role involves conducting user research, designing prototypes, and ensuring that user-centric strategies drive meaningful and impactful digital solutions. You will be a key advocate for the user, ensuring seamless interactions and delivering valuable experiences to customers.
Responsibilities:- Research, concept, and design intuitive experiences that simplify complex functionality.
- Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interaction-based prototypes for project initiatives.
- Support user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs while aligning with business goals and technical capabilities.
- Work with development teams through implementation to ensure the intended user experience is carried out.
- Share knowledge and best practices with peers and collaborators to promote continuous learning.
- Bachelor s degree or certification in Design with a focus on Experience Design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a role that translates to the responsibilities of this position.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and user experience.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision, and Photoshop.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Basic understanding of Agile product development.
- Expertise in usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Training or exposure to Design Thinking principles and methodologies.
- Experience mentoring team members in design, innovation methods, and technical skills.
- Demonstrated passion for creating holistic customer experiences, including sensory elements.
