ComResource is looking for a Workplace Desktop Engineer.
As a Workplace Desktop Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our IT infrastructure. This position requires a proactive, strategic mindset and technical expertise to lead large-scale desktop product implementations, develop automation solutions, and manage endpoint security and administration. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals during daily standups and planning sessions.
Responsibilities :
- Endpoint Administration & Security :
Manage advanced endpoint security, including patching, antivirus, encryption, and compliance.
Lead large-scale product rollouts (e.g., Office365, Windows 11, SharePoint, Teams).
Manage M365 services (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.).
Monitor daily ticket intake and resolve incidents efficiently based on priority.
Contribute to agile team processes, including daily standups and weekly planning sessions.
