About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead our business growth. As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for driving consistent year-over-year revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
You will oversee marketing, sales, and client management teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth and client success. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive recurring revenue, leading and mentoring teams, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions.
- Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor marketing, sales, and client management teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth and client success.
- Collaborate with department directors to implement and improve recurring revenue KPIs.
- Analyze large datasets and create custom reports using advanced data visualization tools.
- Maintain expertise in key recurring revenue metrics: MRR, ARR, CAC, CLV, Churn, and Net Revenue Retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growing subscription-based services in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and SQL.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in scaling teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
