Comrise is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Expert to oversee the quality management and control of our production line processes.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in quality assurance, particularly in the vehicle manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field and 3 years of experience in production quality control or quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Implement quality assurance activities and execute assigned quality assurance tasks.
- Ensure all quality-related activities are performed effectively and in compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Monitor and manage quality activities, including SPC, FAI, MES inspection, FIFO, error proofing, rework, and equipment qualification.
- Support process audits, including process audits and LPA audits.
- Conduct quality risk identification and initiate quality improvement activities.
- Manage changes in the production process and ensure effective implementation of process response plans.
- Provide training and support to enhance PQE technicians' overall competency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in production quality control or quality assurance, particularly in the vehicle manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of basic principles of battery operations.
- Familiarity with basic characteristics of communication faults and mechanical structure failure.
- Proficiency in product failure analysis methods.
- Proficient in using quality analysis and improvement tools such as FMEA, FTA, 8D, Six Sigma, and SPC.
- Strong data analysis and processing abilities.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
