We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with 10 years in quality management within large food enterprises or major restaurant chains. This role focuses on supplier quality systems, food safety inspections, compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to U.S. state laws by developing and implementing quality management systems for suppliers, stores, and warehouses.
- Supplier Oversight: Review and maintain supplier qualifications, conduct audits, and oversee quality improvement processes.
- Food Safety Inspections: Perform random checks at stores and warehouses, analyze risks, and track corrective actions.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on U.S. food safety laws and provide timely compliance solutions.
- Reporting & Quality Improvement: Summarize quality management activities monthly and lead initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Training & Standards Implementation: Conduct staff training on food safety and quality management protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- 10 years in quality management for large food enterprises or chain restaurants; audit experience in coffee, beverage, or catering industries is a plus.
- Expertise in U.S. food safety regulations and industry standards (FSSC22000, BRC, HACCP, ISO22000).
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
