Job Description :

Position cellular devices, services, and accessories

Offer information about wireless products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Notate and update customer profiles based on interactions

Build and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Superior customer service skills and bonus points if you have wireless or commissioned sales experience

Must be willing to learn and implement an ethical sales approach

Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Very organized with the ability to multi-task

Must have a flexible work schedule which would include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary : $30
