Currently, we are seeking a Entry Level Systems Administrator to join our Team!
**TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION.**
Shift: M-F 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree & 0 years of experience
- Associates degree & 3 years of experience
- No degree & 5 years of experience
- IAT Level 1 (A or Network )
Clearance Requirements:
- TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
