Currently, we are seeking a System Engineer III to join our Team!
** Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration **
Description:
- As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, the project will develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Twenty (20) years minimum experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required
- Five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Ability to define, implement and maintain processes and procedures to meet project objectives
- Experienced with analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Experienced with developing initiatives for continuous process improvements
- Ability to work with the customer and developers in integration of applications
- Ability to use best practices to carry out system engineering, reengineering, process measurements and change management activities
- Experience working with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks
- Active Security Certification
- TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
Desired Skills:
- Experience applying system engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects
- Familiar with performing activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance management
- Experienced with executing as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts
- Ability to document and track requirements and assist in driving them to completion
