Currently, we are seeking an Systems Engineer I to join our Team!
** Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration **
Description:
- The selected Systems Engineer will serve as a Site Engineer performing remote maintenance and refresh efforts
- Perform daily interaction with partner entities
- Engage with SMEs, perform data validation once software is deployed, submit DMRs for data flow path problems/fixes, configure new software updates and perform troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Must be experienced in NiFi and Linux.
- Experience in Linux and Ciena to support with systems administration, troubleshooting, loading software, configuration of telecom networks and software packages
- Knowledge of cables and collection systems and how they work as well as understand data flow
- A Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Seven (7) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
