Currently, we are seeking an Entry Level Systems Administrator - PART TIME to join our Team!
** Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration **
HOURS:
- 6pm-10pm Wednesday; and 2pm-10pm Thursday - Friday
OR
- 2-10pm Monday-Tuesday; and 2pm-6pm Wednesday
Description:
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the help desk by users of cloud infrastructure
Requirements:
- TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
- Candidate shall have appropriate certification in compliance with the requirements of the DoD 8570 Information Assurance Category IAT Level I (A or Network ).
- Bachelors degree & 0 years' experience. 5 years of additional experience can substitute for a Bachelors degree.
