Description :
Develops requirements from project's inception to its conclusion for a particular IT subject matter area (i.e., simple to complex systems). Assists other project members with analysis, evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and / or maintenance effortsRequirements :
A Masters Degree in a Technical, Computer or Math related field with five (5) years experience in the following : Domain Name Server (DNS), Network Time Protocol (NTP) and IP routing protocols. A Bachelors Degree with seven (7) years experience; an Associates Degree with ten (10) years of experience may be substituted for the Masters Degree. No degree with 10 years of experience implementing information technology solutions is acceptable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, traffic management and cloud computing experience are desired.Full Stack development experienceHTML, CSS, JavaScript experienceExperience with at least one of the following : Java, PHP, or PythonAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood interpersonal skillsSupport multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent troubleshooting capabilitiesWillingness to expand current skillsetTS / SCI w / POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATIONDesired Skills :
Web development experienceAWS experience (e.g. EC2, ASG, Lambda, etc.)Experience in VUE.js, Node.js, Maven, GitLinux development experienceApache Tomcat and / or NginxQuerying and designing relational databases in MariaDB / MySQL, MS SQL, or OracleSolr query and administrationSearch experience and concepts (e.g. relevancy ranking)Data analyst backgroundDoD 8570 Compliance with IAM level 1 is required.Clearance Requirements
