What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary contact for our customers and the key support for our outside sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer service or inside sales (electronics industry preferred).
✔ Education: Associate's degree (or equivalent experience).
✔ Strong Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret business documents and write professional reports.
✔ ERP Systems Experience: 3 years experience using and ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Epicor/Kinetic) Required
✔ Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker who can adapt to unique customer situations.
✔ Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Database Management are Required.
