Outside Sales Coordinator – Electrification Products
Comstock Metals Corporation is dedicated to recycling end-of-life electrification products, which first and foremost prevents materials used in the electrification economy from ultimately being disposed of in landfills. In addition, Comstock Metals’ goal is to recover the scarce and expensive metals from electrification products for eventual reuse.
The recycling of electrification products at the end of their useful life is in its nascent stages. Comstock Metals Corporation seeks to develop a leadership position by establishing a profitable metals recycling and recovery business, augmenting the supply of these critical commodities. The Company’s first operating facility will be in Silver Springs, Nevada.
As the Outside Sales Coordinator for Electrification Products, you will, in conjunction with the senior management team, conduct all activities associated with sales, business development, customer acquisition and retention, and customer relationship management for our recycling services. In addition, you will perform key customer maintenance, which may also be required. You will also ensure compliance with permits, State and Federal regulatory requirements, and all Company policies. This would include functioning as a liaison between the company and customers.
As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; 5 years of relevant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of sales coordination.
- Familiarity with state and federal waste regulations, including rules, requirements, and processes, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) to manage client data, communications, and presentations.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies, presentation techniques, and sales processes to effectively support the outside sales team.
Your specific responsibilities as Outside Sales Coordinator will include:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outbound calls, and other lead generation techniques.
- Plan, deliver, manage, and report on Outside Sales efforts, tracking progress and results to meet sales targets.
- Initiate contact with potential customers, effectively presenting products or services while communicating their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer challenges and tailor product or service presentations to address specific requirements.
- Prepare and present price quotations and proposals and follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales materials.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide post-sales support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
